Breadissance Sourdough Bread & Bakes

Breadissance (Est. February 2024) is a home-based, sourdough micro bakery that specializes in artisan sourdough bread and other baked goods (all made with sourdough).  Items are available to order for local pickup in Beaver Bank NS.

Beaver Bank pickups are on Wednesdays.  Frequency of pickups changes with the seasons so please check the pickup schedule on the home page.  A new menu is posted on the website Friday morning before a pickup.  Orders can be placed Friday – Monday 8pm.  All items are made to order and baked the day of pickup (Wednesday).  Pickup times are 3-4:30pm or 6-7pm.

Every Saturday you can find me at the Hubbards Barn Farmers’ Market from May – October 8-12pm.  My location is generally in the back field.  If you’d like to visit me at the market please check my monthly schedule (see home-page) to ensure I will be in attendance that week.

About the Baker

Baking is my passion and practicing the art of making sourdough has been one of the most rewarding creative outlets I have ever had.  It brings me so much joy to share bread and baked goods with others.

There is nothing like fresh, homemade bread – it warms our soul and makes us happy. I will gladly make the bread and supply the happiness.

I thank God for this opportunity to do what I love and bake for my community – sharing some happiness… one loaf of bread at a time!
