It’s a Bread Renaissance!
Here at Breadissance the traditional art & method of bread making is being revived.
Each artisan loaf, made with just FLOUR, WATER & SALT, is naturally leavened using wild yeasts (sourdough starter) which ferment the dough slowly in the way bread was intended to be made. The process of long fermentation produces a beautiful loaf of bread that is full of flavour and easily digestible. Each part of the process is intentional and done with care to provide you with a quality product.
